Covid -19 Nigerians Must Sustain Hope In God- Rugipo Chairman, Banji Alabi.

The Chairman Governing Council of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo (RUGIPO), Barrister Banji Alabi has expressed hope that the current Coronavirus pandemic ravaging the land , will soon be a thing of the past.
Alabi made this assertion in a statement issued by the Director of Information services of the institution, Samuel Ojo.

Barrister Alabi charged Nigerians not to give room for fear based on what obtains in other countries of the world.
“We should not entertain any fear, as this troubling and fearful times will not last forever. It will soon pass away because our country belongs to God.

Though Coronavirus is a deadly virus yet with adherence to precaution and preventive measures, we will overcome it.”

He was of the opinion that Nigeria’s situation has not reached a point of hopelessness.
” Our situation is not as bad as we had feared, all we need to survive and overcome this period is to move closer to God. This is a global crisis; Nigeria is not the only country that is undergoing it.”

The Rugipo Board Chairman commended the State Governor for being proactive on the coronavirus pandemic
“I will also seize this opportunity to congratulate our Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for testing negative to the virus and my special thanks also goes to the Governor and his team for the prompt and decisive steps taken so far in handling the issue in Ondo state. My advice to our people is to adhere strictly to the instructions of the state government.
It is my prayer that we will not record any case of the virus in Ondo State
