Nigeria have been urged to support the re-election of President Muhamadu Buhari in the forthcoming general elections for the continuation of all the good work of his administration across the country,
The Education Secretary in Ileoluji/Okeigbo local government, princess Buki Abike Oluderu said this during a meeting with the members of Nigeria Union of teachers in Ileoluji and Okeigbo. Princess Abike maintained that second term of president muhamadu Buhari is very important to the yearnings and aspirations of Nigerians quest for good governance and proper representation with utmost responsibility to meet people’s demands
Princess Abike who led the team of women from Ileoluji to Okeigbo for the door to door campaign Under the umbrella of United Women In Politics to meet teachers in the area.
She maintained that only a forward looking government would invest on teachers for a better society as they are the essential agents for nation building, investment in teachers is one of the primary duties of APC government at federal, States and local governments ” the assignment to liberate Nigerians has been on our party, it is an assignment that must be completed no matter the odds” She appreciated Ondo State Governor Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for the percentage given to women to serve in his government and to improve the welfare and well being of people in Ondo State.
Speaking with press after the meeting, All progressive Congress aspirant for Ondo State house of assembly Mrs Idowu Akintomide appeal to the teacher to vote for the APC presidential candidate president Muhamadu Buhari “honestly we need President Buhari to govern us for another four years to build a new Nigeria from his rich reservoir of discipline, transparency and good leadership” Hon. Idowu pressed further that Buhari has the mileage that most politicians do not have, he is living an exemplary life for the present generation of Nigerian leaders to copy.
The teachers at the meeting lauded the qualities work of present administration in ondo state, describing president Buhari too as a true leader that has significantly reshaped our country for a greater tomorrow, the teachers promised to vote for Mr. President and other APC candidates on Saturday.
